William B wrote "Barracuda Networks is suppose to be an anti-spam company of sorts, so i guess I'll never understand why they knowingly obstruct legitimate email. In my world fixing any obstruction that is blocking legitimate email would be TOP PRIORITY. Have tried to resolve this with them via their support channels and web forms but the company does not respond to any inquires."

emailed support, called support."

Peter Meherne says

"Our email to a supplier was blocked by Barracuda. I talked to our email provider and Barracuda is the only scanner that listed our mail server’s IP as suspect out of 50 or so that they tried. Turns out that it can be fixed if we pay Barracuda 20 dollars. Hmm... don’t think that’s going to happen."

Quinn says

"it won\'t even let me look at images"
